Do you only install products you supply?
Installation is planned around the products in your quotation. For screens supplied by others, send the make, model and condition and we will confirm whether we can support it.
Which locations do you service?
Coverage is confirmed for each site. Include the address, access conditions and preferred dates in your brief and the quotation will state the service arrangement.
Who does the electrical work?
Fixed wiring must be completed by a licensed electrician. We coordinate the circuits, data and connection points with your electrical contractor or arrange it as part of the scope where stated in the quotation.
What do we receive at handover?
As-installed details, configuration settings, test results, operating guidance and a spares list for the installed equipment, as listed in the quotation.
