Specify with confidence
Send the hazardous-area classification: zone (0/1/2, 20/21/22), gas or dust group and temperature class for each location.
Australian hazardous areas normally require IECEx or ANZEx certified equipment. UL HazLoc (Class/Division) ratings alone are generally not accepted — confirm with your hazardous-area engineer.
Confirm ambient temperature range, corrosion exposure (marine, chemical), mounting method and cable entry thread (M20/M25 or NPT).
Identify emergency duration requirements and inspection access; Ex equipment must be installed and inspected to AS/NZS 60079.14 and 60079.17.

Questions
Every order starts with an RFQ and an itemised quotation. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
No. Ex markings and certificate numbers are shown as published by CESP. Before ordering, we obtain the certificate for the exact model and you should confirm it against the area classification and conditions of use.
We confirm IECEx or ANZEx certification for the exact model in the quotation. Where only ATEX or UL documentation exists, the product is not proposed for an Australian hazardous area without your engineer’s acceptance.
Installation in hazardous areas must be carried out by appropriately qualified (Ex competent) electricians. We coordinate supply, documentation and delivery with your licensed hazardous-area contractor.
Attach them to an RFQ. We reply with an itemised quotation covering products, options, freight and services.
