Privacy & ordering.
Updated 4 October 2026.
Requesting a quotation
Submitting an RFQ records a request for review. It does not place an order or take payment. The final specification, quantities, price, GST treatment, freight, delivery and payment terms are stated in the quotation. Only accept a quotation after checking those details.
Product information
Product and technical information is compiled from the identified sources. Source documents may cover multiple models or variants. Confirm the exact model, configuration and suitability for the installation before approval. Project Supplies specification sheets reorganise reference information and do not replace the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Orders, changes and returns
Accepting an issued quotation creates an order under its stated terms. Request changes before manufacture or procurement is released. Custom products, changes, cancellations and returns must be assessed against the accepted quotation and applicable rights. No statement here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Information collected
The account service supplies your signed-in identity and email. The RFQ workflow records the contact and company information you provide, project requirements, product selections, attachments, quotations and orders. Authorised staff use these records to review enquiries and manage fulfilment.
Storage and access
Project and order records are stored in the service database, and attachments in protected file storage. Customers can access their own records. Staff access is controlled by assigned roles. Temporary unsent RFQ drafts are saved on your device and can be cleared from your browser storage.
Analytics choices
Optional analytics, when configured, are loaded only after consent. Account and staff areas are excluded from analytics. No project requirements, contact details or attachment content are sent as analytics events.
Your information
Use an account enquiry to request correction or removal of your information. Some order or audit records may need to be retained to fulfil contractual or recordkeeping requirements. Avoid including sensitive personal information in project uploads unless necessary.
