A common starting point: the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch in millimetres. Content, brightness and budget then refine the choice.

Viewing distance sets the pitch

Closer audiences need a finer pixel pitch. Tell us the nearest and typical viewing positions, not only the screen size.

Brightness follows the site

Interiors, shopfront glazing and direct sun need very different brightness and contrast. Describe the ambient light and orientation.

Structure, power and access

Confirm the wall or frame, load paths, circuit capacity and whether service access is from the front or rear.

Content and control

Plan the content resolution, sending/receiving cards or player, network and who will schedule the content after handover.

Every order starts with an RFQ and an itemised quotation. Nothing is charged until you accept it.

Can an LED screen be made to an exact size?

LED walls are built from cabinets or modules, so the finished size is a multiple of the cabinet dimensions. We propose the nearest practical configuration and show the resulting resolution before you approve the quotation.

Do you install and maintain the screens you supply?

Yes. Installation, commissioning, calibration and maintenance can be included in the same quotation. Site location, access equipment and electrical works are confirmed during the survey.

Indoor or outdoor — what changes?

Outdoor screens need higher brightness, weather-rated cabinets and attention to heat, drainage and wind load. Outdoor-rated models are identified in their specifications; confirm the exact environment in your brief.

Can LED posters be joined into a larger screen?

Many poster models support cascading several units into one canvas. Check the cascade support and recommended combinations in the model specification, or ask us to confirm it for your layout.
